    Pest Control

    • Includes up to 4 services annually, each backed by a 30-day warranty.

    • The first filter is delivered within 45 days of enrollment.
    • The primary resident will receive an emailcontaining tracking information once the shipment leaves the warehouse.

    Rewards + Credit Building

    • All residents (18+) will receive a welcome email from Piñata upon enrollment with an invitation to download the app and create a password.

  • Cash Payments

    We don't accept cash payments at our office. However, if you would like to pay with cash, you may pay at any of the following locations: Walmart, Casey's, Ace Cash Express, CVS and Walgreens. Please download the WIPS barcode from the portal before going to the store or contact us and we can generate the WIPS barcode that you can use each month.
