Text Messaging Terms

Program

AR Homes and Rentals (Arkansas Homes and Rentals Investments, LLC) sends text messages to our tenants, rental applicants, and people who call our office and ask us to text them. Messages are about the recipient's own rental application, lease (including renewals), account (including rent reminders, payment plans and promised payment dates), and maintenance requests (including requests for photos of the problem and repair updates), and replies to messages they send us. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

How You Agree to Receive Texts

You agree to receive these texts by answering Yes to the texting question on our online rental application, by giving us your mobile number on your lease, or by asking us to text you during a phone call. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting or of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with your application, lease, account and maintenance activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

To Stop Receiving Texts

Reply STOP to any of our texts at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT or STOPALL.

To Start Again

Reply START or UNSTOP.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
