How Customers Agree to Receive Texts from AR Homes and Rentals

AR Homes and Rentals (Arkansas Homes and Rentals Investments, LLC) texts tenants, rental applicants, and callers about their own application, lease, account, renewals and repairs. People agree to receive these texts in two ways.

1. Online rental application

When applying for one of our homes, applicants enter their mobile number and answer this optional Yes/No question:

"Do you agree to get texts from AR Homes and Rentals about your application, lease, account, renewals and repairs? Frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Optional. Terms/Privacy: arhomesandrentals.com"

Neither answer is pre-selected, the question can be skipped, and answering No does not affect the application. Screenshots of the mobile number step and the opt-in question are shown below in the next section.

2. Phone calls

When a caller asks us to send them something by text, such as the application link for a home or a request for photos of a repair, we ask: "Would you like us to text that to this number?" We send the text only after the caller says yes. If they say no, we do not text them.

Every first text

The first text we send to any number begins with "AR Homes and Rentals:" and ends with "Reply STOP to opt out."

Stopping texts

Anyone can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, START to resume, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
